Organizational Status
The Glasgow Foundation is a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 87-3628753).
Donations
Charitable solicitation registration with the State of Florida is pending; all donations are accepted in compliance with Florida law.

All donations are voluntary and final.

No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless expressly stated.

Contributions are used exclusively for
purposes consistent with the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation and 501(c)(3) status. -
Donors will receive written acknowledgment for tax purposes.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@theglasgowfoundation.org within 14 days of the donation and will be considered at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
Use of Funds
Contributions support the charitable and educational mission of The Glasgow Foundation, including programs that encourage, motivate, and educate young people and provide opportunities for success in school and extracurricular activities, consistent with the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of The Glasgow Foundation unless otherwise credited and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
User Conduct
Users may not submit false information, harmful content, or misuse contact forms.
Limitation of Liability
The Foundation is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. The Foundation also makes no guarantee regarding specific use of individual donations unless provided in separate written agreement.
